We deploy the solution on your server, and the cost is pennies for real work: from 1 cent per dialogue in the chatbot, from 5 cents per minute of the voice bot, from 1 cent per minute of call transcription, from 1 cent per candidate in the HR bot, and some products run on free models — almost €0. Which CRMs do you work with?
Practically any. Solutions connect via API: Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets and others. At the audit we look at your stack and tell you honestly what's possible.
Can we take part of the package instead of all of it?
Yes. Each product works on its own — you can start with the €300 request filter or one bot, and add the rest once the first is already delivering results. The package price applies when all four are deployed.
Who pays for AI tokens and telephony?
API costs (OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs) and telephony are paid as used — usually €20–100 a month. Accounts and keys are registered to you: you see every euro and don't depend on us.
How long does implementation take?
Typically 2 weeks: audit → setup → testing on real data → launch. We fix the timeline before we start.
Do we need a programmer on our side?
No. You just need someone who can grant CRM access and answer process questions — usually a CRM admin or the sales head. We handle all the technical part turnkey.
We're not in Ukraine — do you work with businesses in Europe, the UAE or Central Asia?
Yes. Rollout, training and support all happen remotely, so your country doesn't matter. We have offices in Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Armenia, and we invoice through a Ukrainian or Polish entity. We work in English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Uzbek and French.
What languages does the bot speak to customers in?
Your market's language: English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Uzbek, French — others on request. The voice agent speaks with natural intonation rather than a robotic tone. If your base is mixed (say, Poland with Ukrainian-speaking customers), the bot detects the language and switches by itself.
We have no CRM at all. Will this work for us?
Yes, but we start with the basics. During the audit we look at where your enquiries currently live — spreadsheets, messengers, a notebook — and propose the minimum viable setup: either we deploy a CRM, or we connect to Google Sheets and Telegram first. We won't upsell you: if the job can be done without a CRM, we'll say so.
We're a small team of 3–5 people. Is it worth it?
Often more so than for large teams: in a small team one lost lead hurts more. We start with the single product that solves your most expensive problem, not a full bundle. Simple products — enquiry filtering, call reports, competitor monitoring — start at €300 and launch in under two weeks.
How quickly does it pay for itself?
Typically within 1–3 months. We calculate payback before we start, using your numbers: how many leads are lost, what an hour of a manager's time costs, what your average deal size is. If the maths doesn't work, we tell you straight and suggest something else.
What about GDPR and personal data?
Data stays in your systems and your accounts — we connect through your webhooks and keys and never take copies of your database. You grant and revoke access yourself at any time. We sign an NDA and, where needed, a data processing agreement (DPA). Call recordings and chat logs are stored wherever you specify.
Is there a contract, and how does payment work?
Yes, we work under a contract with an invoice, through a Ukrainian or Polish entity. Payment is staged: part upfront, the rest after launch and acceptance. AI service and telephony accounts are registered in your name, so you see every euro spent and never depend on us for access.
Can we see how it works before paying?
Yes. On a call we show live report examples and recordings of bots handling similar tasks, walk through your process, and tell you what will actually move the needle and what won't. Then we fix the scope, timeline and price — and only then start.
How is this better than an off-the-shelf SaaS tool?
Off-the-shelf runs on its own logic; we configure ours around yours — your funnel stages, your quality criteria, your wording in reports. There's also no per-user subscription: on your own server you pay only for AI tokens. And your data stays with you rather than with a third-party vendor.
What if we need to change something after launch?
That's a normal part of the work — businesses change and so do criteria. Small tweaks (wording, thresholds, report contents) are covered by support. Larger changes are quoted separately, and we always agree the price with you in advance.
